Warranty Policy

At Tridev Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of our work and products. Our mosquito net installations and electrical services are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of installation or service completion.
Warranty Coverage
- All mosquito net systems — including sliding, pleated, roll-up, and fixed frames — are covered against manufacturing or installation defects for 1 year.
- Electrical work, including wiring, lighting, and switchboard installations, is warranted against workmanship defects for 1 year.
- During the warranty period, any defects covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external impact.
- Wear and tear due to environmental conditions (e.g., rust, dust, or water exposure).
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.
- Electrical failures due to power surges or improper maintenance.
Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your service details and proof of installation date. Our technician will inspect the issue and arrange repair or replacement as applicable.
